Probably will not work, because Laravel prepends first line of document with some spaces or what. However maybe its just behavior on my localhost.

Michal Kváček 31c1648597 FEATURE #1530: make urls without /public 
This change consist in renaming server.php to index.php, tweaking /.htaccess and replacing all asset('../resources....') with asset('resource/...') path. Everything should work fine now.
